I bought this book for my kids and nephew as Christmas gifts. My son who all but hates to read pulled this book from his shelf in his room at first because he noticed his sister had the same book. Later he brought it to me and we sat and read it where he asked questions about the meaning of words, noticed similarities in the characters, even tried reading with me. The next day right before bed I caught him flipping through the pages on his own. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am for him to start showing interest in reading I guess he just needed a book that was a reflection of him!

This book is absolutely amazing!! I am so glad I was able to find a book for my children that actually shows a reflection of themselves. This book has now become my 4 year olds favorite bed time story. The illustrations are incredible and the book teaches young black and brown little boys and girls that they too can be great! I definitely recommend this book to anyone with children.

This is a great book to be included in your child's first reader series. It could and should be read time and time again and committed to memory to inspire and bolster your child's self-esteem. It is easy to read and beautiful to view.

My daughter and I really enjoyed this book. She was so happy to see herself represented on the cover and pages. This is an exceptional book for those with an interest n Similation. The author does an exceptional job in introducing simulation technologies and applications so that the layman can easly comprehend concepts. Provides an interesting history of modeling and Simulation and it's impact on our lives.

This book provides a unique and interesting perspective of the world of simulation as seen through the eyes of this simulation expert. He describes how an early childhood interest in cardboard aviation trainers eventually evolves into a highly successful career in simulation, modeling, training and education. This book provides little known facts concerning the history of simulation, the current state of the industry and the author's insight into its future. The book also provides many of the author's personal experiences in simulation, is well written and holds the readers interest.

I have been working in the Modeling and Simulation(M&S) Industry for over 40 years and I have never found a book that explains the use of Simulations in such laymans terms that would be understandable to a majority of the readers with no M&S background. The author did a nice job of walking the reader through the history of simulators and simulations. Thanks Hank!!
